On the upper level find the living and dining room, kitchen and pantry, along with 2 bedroom en-suites with sliding glass doors to the patio. The kitchen features Italian cabinets, marble counters, and stainless-steel appliances including a refrigerator, stove, and dishwasher.

The outdoor area features a 15,000 gallon infinity pool and al fresco dining space. The third bedroom on the lower level offers additional privacy and includes an en-suite bathroom. All bedrooms have air-conditioning and ceiling fans and the bathrooms contain marble counters, travertine tile, Grohe fixtures, and pulsating shower heads.

On the lower right side of the villa is the laundry room with another bathroom, pool pump, and two large water cisterns for household and garden irrigation. The landscaped garden contains mature tropical palms, flowers, and fruit trees including tamarind, plum, and soursop. The property is fenced and features a remote-controlled gate. Electrical outlets throughout the villa are 220/110 volt. A standby generator with automatic on/off control switch supplies uninterrupted electricity supply as needed.
