Alexander Britell is the editor and publisher of Caribbean Journal, the world’s largest website covering the Caribbean, with a focus on travel, tourism and real estate. He is a cum laude graduate of Harvard College and a cum laude graduate of the University of Miami School of Law.

Adam Greenfader Speaker

Adam Greenfader is a managing partner at AG&T, a real estate development and advisory firm based in Miami, Florida. AG&T specializes in the Caribbean and Latin America in the areas of hospitality, residential, and commercial properties.

AG&T’s principal clients include hedge funds, private equity groups and other institutional capital. Adam has worked on over 52 developments in The United States, Puerto Rico, Panama, the Caribbean, and Europe valued over one billion dollars. This includes both private and public developments.

Adam Greenfader is passionate about resiliency - Green building practices. He currently chairs the Caribbean Committee at the Urban Land Institute in South East Florida and is the Florida Liaison for the Puerto Rico Builders Association.

Adam Greenfader holds a Master of Real Estate Development degree from the University of Southern California and is fluent in Spanish and French.

Ian Hurdle Speaker

Widely considered the top agent serving the Turks and Caicos luxury market, Ian brings more than 20 years of experience in the real estate, construction, property management, and hospitality industries to his role as Managing Partner of The Agency’s Turks and Caicos office.

Be it a condominium, luxury vacation villa, raw land for development, or commercial interest, Ian has the business experience and network to make the real estate process a simple and enjoyable one to navigate.

Prior to becoming an agent, Ian spent several years in construction with a focus on landscape design.He made the transition to real estate sales in 2011, joining Christie’s International Real Estate. Sean O'Neill Speaker

Sean grew up on Providenciales before attending secondary school in Ireland. He holds a B.A. in Economics and History and an M.A. in History of International Relations from University College Dublin, as well as a law degree from College of Law, London.

When he’s not serving his clients in real estate, Sean enjoys spending time with his wife and young son and getting in as much beach time as possible. Jeffrey A. Lee AIA Speaker

Mr. Lee is the Managing Partner of the Architectural firm JAL Architecture. After working in the US and becoming a state registered Architect while earning membership in the American Institute of Architects, Jeff moved to Bermuda where he was involved in the development of Hotel and Resort projects and commercial buildings. Significant projects included the expansion of the Sonesta Beach Hotel, the St. Georges Club project, and the 55,000 square foot, 7 story Craig Appin office Building. Mr. Lee moved to the Turks & Caicos Islands from Bermuda in the 1980’s and while a permanent resident has completed numerous residential, commercial, hotel and condominium projects including the Royal West Indies Resort, the Atrium Hotel, the Veranda Resort – now an integral part of the Beach Resort, and the Tuscany and Venetian Condominium Hotel projects.

Mr. Lee provided the Architectural design and Master Planning for the H2O Condominium Hotel in Long Bay which is located adjacent to the Shore Club resort, and which is slated for construction in the coming weeks.

Mr. Lee recently completed the designs for the high end Providenciales beachfront Villas - Villa Isla, the Turtle Tail Estate and the Triton Estate property.

Mr. Lee is a citizen of the Turks & Caicos Islands.

Christopher Wells Speaker

Christopher J. Wells is a Partner and member of the Property & Development and Banking & Finance practice groups. He joined the Firm in 2005. Christopher has experience in a broad range of matters including the preparation of financing and loan documents, real property acquisitions and sales, property title and opinion work.

In 2016, Christopher moved to the Providenciales, Turks and Caicos Islands offices of the Firm, where he has quickly established himself as a "go to" attorney for real estate acquisition matters, providing sound advice to international purchasers of luxury vacation homes and time share units throughout the Turks & Caicos Islands.

He has experience in a wide range of real property matters, including resort and hotel developments, 2nd home purchases, and tourism operation matters. Christopher is experienced in domestic mortgages, conveyancing and commercial matters on behalf of local and international clients. Christopher also undertakes a broad range of regulatory work for his clients.

Stephen Wilson Speaker

Stephen Wilson QC heads the Litigation & Dispute Resolution practice group in the Turks and Caicos Islands (“TCI”) office. Stephen has appeared in many of the TCI’s recent headline cases involving disputes in the tourism and hospitality, banking, real estate, insurance and construction/building sectors. H is ranked by Chambers and Partners Global, as a Band 1 attorney.

Stephen advises high net worth clients relocating or investing in TCI. His abounding energy and willingness to make himself available at his clients’ convenience means that he is an ideal person to hold investors’ hands as they deal with the challenges inevitably faced when entering a new jurisdiction.

In the Real Property & Development sector, Stephen has in-depth experience of all aspects of commercial and residential construction, sale, purchase, lease and transfer, including bonds and guarantees. He is familiar with all phases of the planning and development of mixed-use developments, fractional ownership units, condominiums, time shares, subdivisions and commercial buildings, including applicable agreements and approvals. Mark Gaus comes to the Cayman Islands Real Estate industry with a long-time passion for real estate investing. Mark has strong experience in sales negotiations, pioneering marketing practices, and a desire to always do his best for his clients. Receiving multiple awards for outstanding sales, he has quickly grown to be a well-known and high achieving real estate professional selling over US$25M in just his first two years.

Mark was first introduced to the Cayman Islands by his wife, whose family has called Cayman home for over ten generations. You can tell that Mark loves Cayman from the first time you speak with him. “Cayman is a very unique place, we enjoy a high standard of living, with strong diversified markets in finance, real estate, and tourism. Anders Bogebjerg Speaker

Anders Bogebjerg from Denmark, has been working in the real estate and vacation industry for over 15 years.

Mr. Anders Bogebjerg is a professional (PGA) golf player and former European Junior Champion. Before moving to Punta Cana, Mr. Bogebjerg was playing golf professionally in Europe at Challenge Tour level. From 2000 he began working in the traveling industry every winter season for Danish traveling agencies as a golf pro, representative and destination manager.

In 2002 his travels took him to the Dominican Republic where he moved permanently in 2005 together with his wife, Ragnhild (Rawnie) Hansen. They bought the company Palmera Travel, a travel agency & tour operator, specialized in golf travel, luxury travel and groups & incentive travel.

In 2007 Mr. Bogebjerg successfully opened Palmera Realty, a real estate agency, specializing in selling luxury real estate located on golf courses and beachfront.

Mr. Bogebjerg has become a well-connected and respected realtor in the Dominican Republic and was also associated with Sotheby’s International Realty.

From 2013, Mr. Bogebjerg changed the main focus of the Palmera Realty from sales to management /rental of luxury villas, merging Palmera Travel & Palmera Realty into Group Palmera.

Over the past years (2013-present), Mr. Bogebjerg has built up an impressive management portfolio consisting of more than 40 luxury properties around the Dominican Republic, yielding high returns to the owners exclusively from the rental program. In 2018 Palmera Villas did over 2100 villa nights in rentals.

In 2019 Mr. Bogebjerg opened up an office in Delray Beach, focusing on expanding their proven villa management and rental concept to other Caribbean destinations.
